Apologies in advance if your dog totally ignores you upon check-out and heads back to our playing area wagging his tail...  Yes, we have seen this a lot and we can't help it!!! :)

Facilities: Multiple air conditioned separate CCTV monitored facilities to accomodate different species, sizes, temperment and needs.

Our vet clinic is next door, vets present during working hours to ensure your pet is healthy providing urgent assistance should the need arise. Vets available on call out of duty hours as well. Pet taxi, training and IPATA certified relocation services and many more customized services available to book instantly online.

Rates: Starting from AED75.75 per night up to 250 based on your preferences. Holidays and high season: Starting from AED84 per night

Capacity:

We run Limited spcae (capacity) policy which requires assessments before providing boarding services.

Important notes:

Chewing bones or any item provided by owners which the management finds hazardous are not allowed in the rooms.

Standard rooms are provided with: Bedding, Food bowls, toys, bottled water.

Cat boarding is stressful.. NOT here!

In 2018 we transformed our cattery into the first Cat Friendly pet hotel in UAE.. considering all cat welfare aspects.

It's not only fun for cats here but also for humans, promise! So do visit us and meet our cats Love, Hope and Simba.

Facility and Capacity: Your cat will enjoy staying in the lowest capacity cattery in UAE whether you choose a pravate cage free cattery or a standard room in a shared cattery.

With 24 hours Camera access options for certain rooms, worry no more.

Our vet clinic is next door with vets and nurses on board should your cat require special care or if an emergency arises.

Rates:

Rates vary based on the time of the year, the room you choose and and the length of the stay. Starting from 75.75  up to 159 in a standard cattery.

Important note:

Cats of different families are not allowed in the play area together at the same time due to the long time required to introduced cat to each other safely.

Standard rooms are provided with: litter tray, food & water bowls, bedding, and toys.

With multiple facilities we accomodate small birds, Parrots, reptiles, hamsters and Guinia pig in customized set ups based on the owner preferences and their pet's needs.

Pet Taxi, medical care and IPATA certified relocation services are available in both locations, DAMAC Hills and Al Quoz 3.
